One of these days Donica and I will vacation in your side of the world, Kay. I know I keep saying that but it's true. We'll be in Sedona over the Thanksgiving weekend...maybe next year we'll be in Portland. smile Anyway, this is an incredible view. No wonder you love it there.

My goodness, what a stunningly beautiful scene smile
This is magnificent Kay. I like the opposition between the cut hill on the left and the snowy mount!
That's a great picture Kay: did you live there when it blew?
It looks so benign....nowsmile

I do so remember all the news footage of that top blowing and the devastation it caused, not to mention the loss of life. It's good to see some sort of recovery and healing of the scars, those teeny trees are a blessing
waowww...amazing foto. In the dense forest of pine, shoots appear barren hills that because of deforestation. Regards from Yogyakarta City, Indonesia.
I like the layers leading up to the mountain

A greeting
Lovely composition and capture.
I've been close to Mount St. Helens twice, and both times it was so foggy I couldn't see much of it. What a wonderful view. Beautiful!!
Impressive image Kay, a truly beautiful picture. Mount St. Helen in the background looks spectacular. Love your DOF in this shot, almost feels and looks 3D. Outstanding work as usual.
