Beautiful shot Kay. I know nothing at all about Portland, but it looks nice...for a city!
Kay: It is nice and clean. I choose to live outside of the city, but always have fun when I visit.
Love your presentation, Kay. Beautiful view.

This is a very interesting presentation - I don't think I've seen it done before. You are lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful wooded countryside.
Kay: It is beautiful here, Ingrid. I live about 30 minutes West, more towards the coast, and less of a population (which I prefer). So it's always a treat to view from afar then being caught in snarled traffic all the time.
Outstanding view Kay. Excellent exposure and details. Like the frame on this image. Great job composing this one.
Kay: Thank you very much, John! smile

nice composition!
Kay: Thanks Heather!
It is lit so well. Did you arrange that? ;-)
Very nicely composed shot. It can be difficult to get a city to behave while shooting.
Kay: Thank you, Michael! It sat very still for me. ;-)

I do love Portland and I wish I was going back there this year for a holiday. You live in on the my favourite states! I like the presentation in this. I'll see if I can find a decent image of the city to post soon.
Kay: I would love to see a picture that you took of Portland, Alan! Thank you for your wonderful comment.
THis is a lovely panoramic landscape shot - very impressive
