The path invites exploration in a bleak and blustery sort of a way. I like this!
Kay: Thank you, Martin wink

Beautiful. I can't wait to get up there to explore all these places.
Kay: You'll love it up here, Helen. This year we've seen more rain than normal, and the locals are going crazy. But me, I don't mind it all. I love the sound of rain. After living in the desert for a few years, I welcome the rain.
So many people flock to the beach on hot summer days and court horrible sunburns...the best time, I think, for heading to the ocean is on days like this! Refreshing, cool silver days are wonderful!
Kay: Thank you, Patrushka. I agree with you. The beach is different during weather like what we're going through. I like it too.
A beautiful landscape shot. I like the way the ocean is used to support the shot of the path.
Kay: Thank you, Michael!
Wonderful seascape shot Kay. I love the atmosphere!
Kay: Thank you, Richard! It was definitely cloudy/rainy that day...but it didn't stop me from going on a road trip!

A path that veers away from the ocean's edge? Beautiful colors and composition. Love the soft greens and endless greys.
Kay: Thank you so much, Marcie!

From such a dull day you have produced a great landscape very well done
Kay: I appreciate your very kind words, Vintage! Thank you.
Lovely shot - but this looks like UK weather!
Kay: Ha! Our weather is so similar to yours, Chris. It has been pretty damp here. Thanks, as always, for your comment.

You've captures this place well enough to sell it to just about anybody, even in the rain. I see you have the same weather as here
Kay: Yes, Ellie, you are right. It rains a lot here. I am still wearing my coat, and it's June. Snow forecast for the mountains is down to 4,000 feet - which is quite low. Amazing.
This proves you don't have to have good weather to get a good picture. Did you think of converting this to B&W?
Kay: Hi Bill, good point about the B&W. Well, I did think about it, but wanted to keep the color for the pathway and green along it's side. Selective coloring might work! Thank you.
Awesome vista. Looks a bit chilly ! ?
Kay: Thank you very much, John. It was a little cool that day... but a lot warmer than it was today. Wierd having Winter weather during the beginning of Summer in the States.

I like the grey of the sea and the grey of the sky. To me, it looks like the perfect day for a walk and you wouldn't get too many other people about!
Kay: Hi Ingrid. I feel the same way. I love this weather for a good quiet walk on the beach.
