Excellent, everything worked with you, or shall I say you spotted the opportunity very well.

I must say, Kay, that I LOVE seeing these windmills wherever they are (especially here in Europe), even if they're not like the old, traditional ones I cherish. They speak to the kind of technology and forward-thinking we need to be seeing everywhere...kinda like the ubiquitous cranes! You certainly captured the perfect setting for these 6 friends, doing their thing! smile

Wonderful composition Bank of clouds and a bank of windmills
That cloud bank makes the perfect backdrop. Machines harnessing nature, well illustrated.

Very good capture! I have seen many windmill shots, but this one stands out for the ethereal glow.
Great perspective and very well composed shot. Like the warm colors too. Nice job.

Great shot - I love the linear composition and the lighting is very dramatic. Lovely subtle colouring too.

They look like they are standing guard over something! Excellent - that sky is a bit spooky!
Wonderful capture here, Kay.
I hate these things. They creep me out. I used to travel to Cornwall a lot and they used to lurk at the side of the road.

That aside this is a lovely bit of processing, which you know I will always like.

Some people don't like them, I probably wouldn't like to live near them because they're noisy, but they do look much nicer than pylons!

I like these things. They are clean and hopeful. But a lot of people in the UK seem to hate them. It may be because we a re a small island and there isn't room for the number we need. Or it's just some deep conservatism and resistance to change.
Kay: Thanks so much for your comments. I'm sorry for the delay. Have been suffering from headaches so I've taken a little vacation from the computer.
