It took me a few seconds to "see" this, Kay! THEN I saw it. Wow. Was it the weight of the snow...or a storm...that brought it down? It's actually beautiful in its fallen state...which may be a wee sermonette for us.
Kay: Thank you so much, Ginnie!

The small green accents are a very nice touch. Nice work hanging on to the detail of the branches with that much snow in the frame too!
Kay: Thank you so much, Martin.

I like that it takes a moment to see what the photo is really about. And the green against the white snow is lovely.
Kay: You are so kind, Jewlya. Thank you!
A lowering sky behind mossy trees
Kay: Thank you, Chris!
Oh wow, this takes a moment to work out, and then....wow! love the green lichen against the snow. (:o)
Kay: Thanks, Roz!

Yup, the clouds can throw so much snow at you and then your knees give in.

A great catch, but fortunately you didn't try to smile
Kay: LOL!!! very funny, Louis! Thanks! smile

Kay: Thank you, Tracy!

I first thought it was in the sky, but it is the snow, I saw a few of 'us' did not figure that one out, clever and great job here, love it.
Kay: Thank you, Astrid! smile
It tricked me too Kay - nice work.
Kay: Thanks, Bernie! That means a lot.
Very nice illusion shot Kay. Sky...snow...sky...snow...
Kay: Thank you, Richard!
Took a moment to realise this is lying on the ground! Try trimming off the snow at the bottom which is very white with no detail. I think, perhaps then the picture will have a stronger base.
Kay: Hi Bill,
I purposely left the white space below the tree. It's rather artsy and edgy, and to me, it is impactive. Additionally, I love the subtle vision of the tree's berries in the snow. Thank you for your comments!
Beautiful, Kay. Very nicely done.
Kay: Thank you, Bridge smile

really like the green on white contrast...
Kay: Thank you for visiting, Sam!
A tremendous contrast between the tree and the snow-covered bottom exists. I suppose that this tree has caido by the weight of the snow!
Kay: Ah, you are so nice! I think that's why the tree limb fell too, Jose-Angel. Thank you!
