Where is this? Is this something I am going to be able to see when I get up to Portland? This is stunning!
Kay: Hi Helen! Actually, I'm not sure if you can see this from the road, but you can see it by boat or plane. The coastal drive is beautiful. There certainly are views of jagged cliffs and rocks. I'll post more in my blog in the next few days.
Interesting imagery

Very dramatic shot! It could have been the inspiration for a B&W illustration for an adventure novel in the 1800's, one of those stories that included shipwrecks, pirates and treasure chests, or perhaps rum-runners. The fact that you do not show the top of the cliff adds to the drama. We have no idea how high it is, or what is waiting on top!
Kay: I love your comment, Patrushka! It shows that you have a lot of imagination and creativity. Two qualities that I value tremendously. smile

The more you show us your neck of the woods, Kay, the more I want to visit there! Definitely! I had no idea Oregon's coastline was this magnificent!

I'm so glad and relieved that Gary is on the mend!!
Kay: Thank you for all of your support Ginnie. I'm so glad that I joined SC! I made quite a few friends, and I don't take it lightly. You are wonderful. smile
The trees look like deep, green velvet. Very pretty.

You really have a beautiful coast up there!
Kay: Hi Martin,
Yes, there are a lot of pretty parts of the coast...it's not all rocky so there is variation. Thanks for stopping by!
