Looks beautiful

Suby
Kay: Thanks very much, Suby! Compared to a few cities I've lived in, Portland is very pretty.
Is it your framing, or is there only one very tall building in Portland? Lovely shot with all that green.
Kay: I think this is the tallest building in Portland...and it's an eyesore, I admit. Sticks out like a sore thumb in this picture. There are a few other tall buildings, but this one happened to be in my viewfinder. Believe it or not, I took this picture working with a chain link fence in the way, so I was restricted to this angle of view.
Nice point of view. Nature seems to be all around ! smile
Kay: Hi Florence! Thank you for commenting smile Nature is wonderful, isn't "she"?
Cool !!
Kay: Thank you, Shakara! smile
It reminds me of the cities build by ancient civilisations in South America. This looks, for all the world, that it has just sprung up in the middle of the wilderness.(:o)
Kay: Hi Rosalyn smile
Thank you for visiting. Portland has been around. I don't quite know the city's history yet, so I can't provide any information. But I do know it has a history.

Great shot and in your style. That one tall building stands out. A lot of trees as well, it is like our city.
Kay: I'm sure your city is beautiful then, Louis. What city do you live in? Thanks for your kind feedback!
its a nice view...have you added a bit of glow to it?
Kay: Hi Sam, Thank you! Yes, the photo has been treated smile I confess!

Hi Kay, interesting photo. The building looks like the odd man out.
Kay: Hi Helen, I think that building is the "odd man" out. It doesn't really fit in the landscape very well. Thanks for your comment!
I like it, like this building so high against the others !
Kay: Thank you, Zeb smile
