That is very powerful, Kay. I'm sure it's been photographed a million times but it's my first time to see it. You've captured it perfectly and the horizon is straight. smile
Kay: Thanks Ginnie!
kay this is really nice shot. we have beaches like this along the west coast of vancouver island. just beautiful.
Kay: Hi Genevieve, Thanks very much! It's quite beautiful in the NW, isn't it? smile

Looks like it was going to rain! This is a very nice shot, almost soothing to the sore eye smile
Kay: Hi again, Mia. Thank you very much for your comment tongue It was actually a sunny day that day. I did some pp and it came out that way.

Wow, what a nice place! Can you climb that rock?
Kay: smile You know, Rob, I can't answer that question. I would think that it has been tried. But not sure if there are any regulations against climbing the rock. It is an icon in the Oregon coast.

Nice, a little flat for my liking

Suby
Kay: Hi Suby, are you referring to the tones, or to the flatness of the shore? wink

That's big! Look at those tiny little people.

Love the composition and the not-far-off-central horizon
Kay: winkEllie, I hate to disappoint you, but I think those tiny little people are tiny little birds. Or maybe you are right. They could be people. I'll have to look at the original again.
