Nice shot, brings back memories for me. Hiked to the top of that a few years ago, the trail is on the left in the canyon behind the tallest tree on the left (it's like 3 something miles of steep stairs all the way up)

I have been to most the places you have shot, Sedona, Shasta (mostly the lake, but have you been to the sulfer mud pits, called Bumpus Hell?)

Did a trip to Crater Lake on the way to Mt. Saint Helens a few years back as well.
Kay: Hi, thanks for your comments. No, I've not been to the sulfer mud pits. Not very familiar with the area. But I am very familiar with the Sierra Nevada mountain range, as well as the Central and Southern California coastline...and this year, I'm becoming more familiar with the Cascades and the Coastal mountains in Oregon. Looking forward to it!
WOW! It remenbers me that I have a puzzle of ansel adams! Great shot!!
Kay: Hi Tomas,

No wonder you became a photographer, Kay, if you lived near there when young! It's spectacular.
good photo...i like it...
Lovely photo. You've really captured the grandeur of the scene.
Kay: Thank you very much, Red Pen. You had a good idea you had a great idea about posting archival pics smile
