Good plan to rent a lens, Kay.. oh, and a room at this fine-looking place! The lens has given a great wideview and you've done well to include the grasses to give good foreground interest.

Great idea to be able to rent a lens - try before you buy. Looks like an idyllic spot.

Kay: It was, Ingrid. Especially for the boaters. This is a protected inlet.
The wide angle does give an extra dimension Kay, Sunrise or Sunset it looks just fine.

Are such colors even possible?! Love the richness, Kay. Appears like the perfect sunset. The wide angle lens definitely brings out the sky very well.
