It looks like a giant slab of cake covered in icing! Remarkably sharp for an aerial shot.

Your "old" DSLR is the one I use, Kay. What a breath-taking view of one of our country's favorite icons!
Kay: I love that DSLR too, Ginnie! I am passing it on to my brother as a thank you gift for our family trip to Hawaii last year. I know he will love it as much as we do. It takes wonderful pictures.
You must fly a better airline - clean windows.
Kay: Nope, just a 4-seater - piper commanchee. But we washed the windows (I brought my own window cleaner)!

amazing that you have such a clear view, i always get wing struts or other bits of the aircraft in my shots! it's an amazing picture.
